RailEurope

RailEurope is the official distributor representing all the European railways and networks selling train passes and tickets all over the European continent.

With headquarters in France and branches all over the world, RailEurope needed to gather all the information of their services into a single location.

Through the creation of an Intranet we managed to grant access to updated information, price listings and online trainnings for sales excecutives throughout Latin America. Also, we created several online games and published resources for download (photos, specialized information and multimedia material) that helped the sales team have more and better tools to improve customer service.

The development of the intranet also included the programming of a custom CMS where administrators were able to create users and products, advanced search engine and an interactive map where the user could select countries within the European Union that serve train services. Furthermore, the system has an integrated shopping cart for products and also a printer friendly version for brochures and information on travel packages.

The entire project was part of a integral promotion strategy of the brand. For that reason we also created an animated character, Railnaldo, who gave tips about the company's products during online browsing of the Intranet.

Finally, for the presentation in public of the development we designed and animated an informational video explaining the entire features and advantages.
