Du Port

Du Port is a real estate agency that specializes in luxury properties.
Founded in 2008 and established in the neighborhood of Puerto Madero (Buenos Aires), Du Port needed to insert itself into the real state market and stand out against its competitors. We aimed to reach meet that objective by creating a branding image and corporate identity that would communicate innovation, style, luxury and distinction.
The agency created the entire corporate identity. From this identity we then developed the website, newsletters and printed material (business cards, brochures, folders and envelopes).
The marketing strategy was served merely as a visual communication piece for the real estate products Du Port offers. Among the different media elements for this campaign, we used multimedia presentations for the show room exhibition in the company's offices.
Another principal objective with this project was to implement a administration system that could serve a great amount of client contacts. Our solution was to develop a cutting edge newsletter CMS that allowed Du Port to organize contents and define several categories for the different recipients.
